Dr. André Assis Pires

Agronomist at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2001), Master in Phytotechnics from the Federal University of Viçosa (2003) and PhD in Plant Production from the State University of Norte Fluminense (2007). I have experience in agronomy, with emphasis on Phytotechnics and Biotechnology. I work as a teacher at the Federal Institute of Education of Espirito Santo - IFES - Campus Vila Velha and in the administrative area of the Campus. I have institutional experience having already worked as Director of Production and Research of Ifes Campus Itapina and as General Director of Research of Ifes. Currently Minister to Biology II and I work as Director of Administration and Planning Ifes Campus Vila Velha (Ordinance No. 693 of 26/03/2018 - D.O.U.).

Dr. Araceli Verónica Flores Nardy Ribeiro

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). Master in Agrochemistry also from UFV and PhD in Sciences (Analytical Chemistry) from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Has a training course in Projects and Strategies for Teaching eJA and Special Education Program I by CETEB / FUBRAE. Currently she is teacher and researcher at the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES), Campus de Vila Velha-ES working in the courses of Technician in Chemistry, Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry and Professional Master in Chemistry Teaching. She is also coordinator of research projects at GIBBA: Research Group on Biochemistry and Environmental Biophysics/CNPq. She has mentored undergraduate undergraduate students in Chemistry at IFES, co-mentored master's dissertations in the Biotechnology Graduate Program at UFES, and is currently part of the group of advisors in the Professional Master's Degree in Chemistry in National Network (PROFQUI) with the line of research in the area of Environmental Chemistry and Energy. She guides and guided, at IFES, several works of graduation course in Chemistry. He has presented several scientific papers at events, regional, national and international. In addition he published book chapter, scientific articles in national and international journals. At IFES she was coordinator of the Chemistry Degree course from 2006 to 2009 at the Vitória-ES Campus. She was Undergraduate Director from 2009 to 2013, and, Pro-Rectory of Education from May 2013 to October 2017. She was institutional coordinator of PARFOR (National Plan for Teacher Training of Basic Education) at IFES from July 2017 to March 2018.

Dr. Boniek Gontijo Vaz

Holds a degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (2007), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2009), a Doctorate in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2011).Currently Adjunct Professor III of the Federal University of Goiás. Coordinator of the Laboratory of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry - LaCEM of IQ/UFG. They have experience in chemistry with emphasis on mass spectrometry. It works in instrumental development and new applications of environmental ionization sources, in new developments in petroleum, FT-MS and forensic chemistry.

Dr. Carlos Augusto Chamoun do Carmo

Criminal Expert of Espírito Santo (since 2007) and Professor of IFES (since 2010), Biologist (UERJ, 1996), Master in Microbiology (UFV, 1999) and PhD in Biological Sciences - Forensic Entomogenetics, ufrj / National Museum (2010-2014). In his doctorate, developed his entomological analyses in the Diptera Laboratory of the National Museum of UFRJ and in the Laboratory of Forensic Entomology of ICCE, of the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro, and molecular analyses were performed at the Institute of Forensic Genetics Expertise and Research - IPPGF, also of the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro. His research was in the recovery and identification of human Y-STR DNA from the gastrointestinal tract of diptera marggots and cadaveric pupae (flies), in a simulation of expert analysis in which the victim is found days after his rape and death, already in advanced decomposition. Completed his doctoral research at Florida International University (FIU) and Crime Lab/CSI of the Miami Dade Police in the United States of America between 2013 and 2014. His doctoral thesis was chosen the best in Brazil in the forensic area, for the biennium 2014-2016, by the Brazilian Society of Forensic Sciences - SBCF, and in 2019, his career was the winner of the Public Spirit Award, in the area of Public Security, the highest award of a public servant in Brazil.

Claudio Martin Pereira de Pereira

Teacher at the Federal University of Pelotas, has 109 articles published; 18 patent filings, 4 Book Chapters (International Publisher) and 4 books. In the last 10 years he has graduated 13 masters and 3 doctors. Among other areas of interest, we can highlight: Algae Biotechnology, Materials Sciences, Clean Chemistry and Forensic Sciences. The researcher is a 2-CNPq Productivity Fellow. Coordinates project in international cooperation network with Chile in the research line of Lipidomics of Sub-Antarctic Macroalgae through the General Program of International Cooperation PGCI - CAPES. Participated in the Pro-Antar Project with the participation of research in partnership with USP in the Antarctic continent. Is a member of the INCT in Forensic Sciences. Effectively works in the Graduate Programs in Biotechnology -UFPel, Graduate Program in Materials Science and Engineering and Bioprospecting-Bioprospecting -UFPel. Claudio is an evaluator evaluator ad hoc evaluator, CAPES, CNPq and FAPESP. Is an evaluator of PIPE-FAPESP, a program that supports the execution of scientific and/or technological research in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the State of São Paulo. Is a Post-Graduate Representative on the Committee of the Steering Committee of the Technology-Based Business Incubation Program of UFPel and also a member of the Technological Innovation Committee of the University. Professor Claudio is the leader of the BioForense research group.

Dr. Cristina Maria dos Santos Sad

Holds a Bachelor's degree and doctorate in chemistry from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. Currently does Post doc in the oil area and is part of the research group of LaPetro - UFES. She acts as a public servant. Has 15 years of experience in petroleum chemistry, with emphasis on developing methodologies for oil treatment and characterization.

Dr. Denise Coutinho Endringer

Holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2000), a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2002) and a Doctorate from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2007), having completed a sandwich internship at Purdue University (Indiana), United States. Currently, she is a full professor at Vila Velha University, guiding in graduate programs in Pharmaceutical Sciences and ppg in pharmaceutical assistance. At instituto Capixaba de Ciências e Administração she works as a Senior Researcher. Its area of activity focuses on the study of food, algae and medicinal plants, performing analysis of chemical and centesimal composition and in vitro evaluation of biological activities of isolated natural products, foods and medicinal plants, mainly in vitro tests of inhibition of ACE, COX-1, COX-2 and aromatase (CYP19), as well as several trials of chemoprevention of cancer, performed in cell and organ culture.

Dr. Gloria Maria de Farias Viegas Aquije

Holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (1991), a Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Botany) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1995) and a PhD in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Espírito Santo/ Northeast Biotechnology Network (2010). Currently she is an effective professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espírito Santo. Has experience in the areas of microscopy with emphasis on Scanning Electron Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy; in Botany with emphasis on taxonomy and morphoanatomy of Ferns and Lycophytes.

Dr. Hildegardo Seibert França

Holds a degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the Fluminense Federal University (2003), a Master's degree in Natural Products Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005) and a Doctorate in Natural Products Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2010). Is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espírito Santo (IFES). Has experience in pharmacy, with emphasis on Pharmacognosy, Natural Products Chemistry and Pharmacobotany working mainly on the following topics: Quality Control of Phytotherapeutic Drugs and Vegetia Drugs, Isolation and structural elucidation of substances from Higher Plants, Biological Assays.

Dr. José Aires Ventura

Has a degree (B.Sc.) in Agronomy (1973), specialization in Mycology (1975), Master's degree in Phytopathology (Agronomy), in the area of concentration in Epidemiology, by the Federal University of Viçosa (1984) and PhD in Phytopathology from the Federal University of Viçosa in 1993. Is a Researcher at the Capixaba Institute for Research Technical Assistance and Rural Extension - Incaper, since 1976, having occupied the management of the Phytopathology Laboratory from 1976 to 1989; he was Head of the Department of Planning and Technical Operations from 1988 to 1989, Technical Director from 1995 to 1999 and Head of Research Area of Incaper from 2000 to 2016. Is an accredited advisor in the graduate programs in Biotechnology and Plant Production of the Federal University of Espírito Santo-UFES and the PhD program in Biotechnology of RENORBIO. It has a bibliographic production of more than 640 works including articles in national and international journals, books and book chapters, abstracts in periods and nanais of scientific events. It has 15 technological products, 6 patents and deposited records, 2 software, 1 process or technique and another 318 items of technical and scientific production. Received more than 15 awards and/or honors, with emphasis on embrapa's Frederico de Meneses Veiga Award. Works in the area of Phytopathology and Biotechnology. Interacted with the Brazilian Research and Extension Teaching Company as a teacher and advisor to undergraduate students. Currently has collaboration with the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES) in the execution of research and guidance of students of the Master's and Doctorate courses in Plant Biology and Biotechnology and in the Master of the Higher School of Sciences of Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Vitória. Is an ad hoc consultant with several educational, research and development institutions, being coordinator of 7 research projects in Phytopathology and Innovation. In his Lattes curriculum the most frequent terms in the contextualization of scientific and technological production are: Plant Diseases, Control, Management, Phytopathology, Biotechnology, Pineapple, Banana, Papaya, Fusarium, Fungi and Resistance.

Dr. Jose Geraldo Mill

Holds a bachelor's degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (1975), a Master's degree in Biophysics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1980) and a PhD in Pharmacology from the Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine, University of São Paulo (1987). Is Full Professor of Physiology of the Department of Physiological Sciences and permanent professor of the Graduate Programs in Physiological Sciences and Collective Health of the Center of Health Sciences of UFES. Is a full member of the Brazilian Society of Physiology (SBFis) and the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science (SBPC). Coordinates the lines of research in 'Epidemiology of Cardiovascular Diseases' and 'Cardiovascular Pathophysiology', with emphasis on studies in the areas of myocardial infarction and arterial hypertension. Is researcher 1A of CNPq and coordinator of the ELSA Research Center (Longitudinal Study of Adult Health) in Espírito Santo. Currently holds the position of Teaching and Research Manager at the Cassiano Antonio Moraes University Hospital (HUCAM-Ebserh) of UFES.

Dr. Keyller Bastos Borges

Graduated in Pharmacy (2000-2003), Qualification in Clinical and Toxicological Analyses (2004) from the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG), Master in Toxicology (2004-2006), Doctorate-Sandwich in Sciences (2006-2010) from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP), University of São Paulo (USP) (Brazil) and Universidad de Cádiz (UCA) (Spain) (2008-2009), Post-Doctorate at NPPNS of FCFRP/USP (2010-2011) and Post-Doctorate at the University of Warwick (England) (2017-2018) and University of Birmingham (England) (2018). Was a fellow of the Tutorial Education Program (2000-2003) at UNIFAL-MG, Substitute Professor of Analytical Chemistry at FCFRP/USP and is currently Associate Professor I of the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ), Campus Dom Bosco, Department of Natural Sciences (DCNAT) since 2011 where he advises undergraduate and graduate students (Master and Doctorate). Member of the Graduate Program in Materials Physics and Chemistry (FQMat) (since 2011) and the Multicenter Graduate Program in Chemistry of Minas Gerais (PPGMQ-MG) (since 2013). Coordinates projects financed by FAPEMIG (4 Universal), CAPES (1 Event Organization) and CNPq (2 Universal). Received as main awards: Theses Award 2011 (CAPES, Honorable Mention), Young Investigator 2011 (Bioanalysis), Emerging Investigator 2015 (RSC, Analytical Methods) and Outstanding Research Award (SBQ-MG, Young Talent). So far it has 1 book, 11 book chapters, 11 patent filings, 1 licensed industrial design and more than 95 papers published in specialized journals with selective editorial policy. He is a corresponding author in 46% and first author in 16% of the published articles, with 38% of collaborations with other research groups. Is leader of the Research, Innovation and Analytical Development Group (Analytical PID) and Coordinator of the Separações Laboratory (LASEP) since 2011.

Dr. Luiz Silvino Chinelatto Júnior

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Viçosa (2001), a Master's degree in Agrochemistry from the Federal University of Viçosa (2003) and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Zaragoza - Spain (2009). Completed a postdoctoral internship at the Multi-user Laboratory of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance of Solidprofa. Adelina Costa Neto (IQ-UFRJ), working on the development of the project "Characterization of Precursors and Catalysts of Hydrorefining by NMR of 95Mo MAS" (2012-2014); having carried out part of the solids NMR experiments at the Institute of Materials of the University of Aveiro and the Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Since 2007 he is an Oil Chemist at the Leopoldo A. Miguêz de Mello Research Center - CENPES (PETROBRAS). Has experience in the areas of Organic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry. It acts mainly on the following topics: 1) Multinuclear Magnetic Resonance for samples in hupand solid state applied to the oil and petrochemical industry and 2) Analytical developments for biofuels and bioproducts.

Dr. Rafael Scorsatto Ortiz

Post PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UFRGS with research on the subject of counterfeiting of medicines, developing analytical methodologies that allow the detection and tracking of counterfeit drugs. Federal Criminal Expert of the Federal Police (since 2004) working in the area of laboratory expertise (drugs, drugs, pesticides, etc.) and crime scene. Holds a degree in Pharmacy from UFRGS (1998), with emphasis on the Medicines Industry (2000). Holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UFRGS (2003) and a Specialization in Forensic Toxicology from feevale University Center (2009). Creator and lecturer of the extension course "Forensic Toxicology: Legal aspects, analytical methods and applications" (2013). Your Doctoral Thesis "Chemical and technological profile of counterfeit drugs: a multivariate statistical approach to viagra and cialis cases? was ranked first in the 4th National Meeting of Forensic Chemistry (ENQFor), in 2014, receiving the Forensic Highlight Award. Is co-author of the book "Forensic Toxicology", which was awarded best book in the area of forensic sciences (2014/2015), receiving the Forensic Highlight Award in 2016. Is a member of the Steering Committee of INCT Forensic Sciences.

Dr. Rosy Iara Maciel de Azambuja Ribeiro

She is a professor at the Federal University of São João del Rei, a Midwest campus in medical, nursing and biochemistry courses since 2008. During these last years he has performs and performed administrative positions: Member of the Graduate School of the Medical Course, Member of the Scientific Initiation Committee, Member of the Teaching, Research and Extension Council (CONEP) for two warrants; Member of the Chamber of Research and Graduate Studies of the CCO (UFSJ), Member of the Congregation of the CCO (UFSJ). She was coordinator of the Microscopy Laboratory from 2012 to 2013; coordinated the Laboratory of Cell Biology and Mutagenesis from 2011 to 2014. She is accredited in two Graduate Programs: the Multicenter in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology acting as a professor and in the Graduate Program in Biotechnology as a professor and coordinator. In addition, it coordinates the Laboratory of Experimental Pathology since 2014, and has approved research/extension projects funded by funding agencies such as: Minas Gerais Research Support Foundation, Ministry of Health and Studies and Projects Financier. Currently develops the following lines of research in the laboratory that coordinates: Evaluation of extracts from natural products and their effects on healing using murine model; Evaluation of extracts from natural products and their effects on carcinogenesis (in vitro and in vivo). Is a member of the Mining Oncology Network. In addition, the teacher has involvement with the research groups registered in CNPq: Biological Activity of Natural Products (UFSJ Líder); Head and Neck Cancer (Leader) and has projects under development participating as a researcher in: Tools applied to the diagnosis of head and neck diseases (UFU); Molecular genetics (UFSJ); Plant Protease Inhibitors (UNIFESP); Human, animal and experimental breast pathology (UFMG); Chemistry of Natural Products and Biomolecules (UFG) and, finally, Medicinal Chemistry (UFSJ).

Felipe Mauro Rena Cardoso

Holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree) from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2004), a Master's degree in Natural Sciences from the State University of Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro (2008) and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the State University of Campinas (2014) with a sandwich in Processing Engineering from the Université de Pau et des Pays de l ́Adour (2014). Is currently an oil chemist at the Leopoldo Américo Miguêz de Mello Research and Development Center. Felipe Pereira Fleming

 

He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2007) and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in thermosciences from PUC-RJ, and a PhD in Physics with an emphasis on Materials Physics and Chemistry from the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour. Since 2007 he has been working as an oil chemist at CENPES, petrobras research center, in the area of flow assurance.
